I bought this thinking it would be mild, but it didn’t feel gentle on my skin. After I used it, my face felt tight and a little itchy, which wasn’t what I was hoping for.

Maybe it works better for other people, but it was too much for me after a few tries. I also wish the instructions were a bit clearer about how often to use it or what to expect, because I was kind of guessing. Not really what I expected from lushanddew.com.

I got an email saying I had 20% off, but when I tried using the code at checkout, it just wouldn’t apply. I tried a couple times because I thought maybe I was missing something, but nope. Support replied, but it was kind of vague and didn’t really clear anything up. i’m still confused and annoyed by the whole thing.
